1. OPERATION MANAGER / KTT (OM)

Requirements:

• Age maximum 45 years old
• Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
• Posses POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Create Good Mining Practice
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem

2. HEAD of REPRESENTATIVE (HOR)

General Responsibilities:

• Handling and controlling all related activities in Representative Office
• Assisting site office in procurement, and goods transferring from and to Head Office, Representative Office, and Site Office
• To be responsible in ticketing process and related administration
• Ensure relations with Government / regulatory bodies are built and maintained
• Ensure legal actions are secured properly through proper advice, administration process to meet company and legal requirements
• Promote and participate in community programs, provide support on events and / or other activities aimed at developing good community and employee relations

Requirements:

• Maximum 45 years old
• Minimum a bachelor degree in Law or HR Management from reputable university
• Possessing at least 8 (eight) years experience in Human Resource field, with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial position, preferably from mining industry
• Experienced in recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, organizational development, payroll, and industrial relations
• Deep understanding about man power regulation, especially in mining industry
• Understand Collection and Treasury process is a must. Knowledge in Administration, Logistic, Procurement, ticketing, Information Technology is an advantage
• Understand concept and strategy of branch operational and strong in financial aspects including internal control
• Excellent in English, both written and oral
• Computer-literate
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
• A fast learner, self motivated attitude and able to work independently under pressure situation and tight timeline
• Able to work under pressure and always seek best solution to solve problem
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

3. DRILLING (DRILL) / SPT-SPV-FOREMAN-ASSISTANT

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Technical (S-1)
• Having at least 8 (eight) years working experience in drilling (for SPT), 5 (five) years (for SPV), 3 years (for foreman), and 2 years (for assistant)
• Strong HSE background with safety leadership skills, coaching and mentoring skills, incident Investigation skills, knowledge of most common HSE tools and skills
• Strong in creating, enabling and managing relationships with the clients with full respect and trust to gain their continuous trust and credibility
• Good personal skills and ability to interact with all level within the organization Including the clients and key suppliers
• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Strong computer and English literacy
• Have experiences in mining company will be an advantage.

4. PLANT MANAGER (PM)

Requirements:

• Age maximum 45 years old
• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8 (eight) years of working experience as a Plant Manager
• Have skill in monitoring and organizing in loading equipment, pit service, hauler, support & drilling, overhaul, tire & maintenance, fuel maintenance contract.
• Have skill in budget maintenance management
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem

5. MINE PLAN ENGINEER / MPE (SPV – Foreman)

Requirements:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree from mining engineer / geology faculty
• Minimum 2 (two) years experience in mining company
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
• Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
• Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
• Taking care of quality of mine product
• Good understanding about HSE / K3
• Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCad, Carlson Mining)

6. GEOLOGIST (Geo)

Requirements:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
• Minimum 2-3 years experience, preferable in mineral exploration
• Able to operate mining software: Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, GPS Mapper
• Able to make progress report on designated project
• Able to identify geological structure, out crop, and bedrock
• Good knowledge about Safety / K3 procedure

7. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Prod-SPV)

Requirements:

• Male, age maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining industry
• Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
• Minimum posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
• To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

8. MINING MANAGER (MM)

Requirements:

• Max 40 years old
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / geology
• Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining company
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc)
• Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
• Good understanding about HSE / K3 procedures
• Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Leadership and people management skills with cross culture communication capabilities
• Ability to motivate subordinates to achieve objectives of the department

9. TECHNICAL SERVICE & QUALITY CONTROL SUPERINTENDENT (SPT LAB)

Requirements:

• Maximum 45 years old
• Bachelor degree from faculty of Chemistry
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience from laboratory in mining company
• Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all laboratory activities
• Familiar with ICP instrument and International standardization of Elements Determination especially in mining material (ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB)
• Familiar wit SOP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, QC/QA procedures and work flow production process in mining company
• Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants, interfacial tension) and instruments (GC-MS, XRD, XRF, ICP OES, ASS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, Leco, Eltra sulfur analyzer)
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
• Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest

10 . SURVEYOR (SURVEY)

Requirements:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Min STM Tambang or D3 Geodetic
• Having minimum within 1-2 years experience in mining industry
• Able to operated surpac and minescape software
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
