SALES MANAGER (SM 1017)
You will be responsible to establish goals to ensure share of market and profitability of K-12 contents (print and digital) and solutions. Develops and executes marketing plans and program, both short and long term. You also need to establish and set goals, priorities and act as mentor, and assist with career development and training of education representatives, teams and marketing support staff on market trends, issues and tools to achieve sales target, as well as to supervise the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of education representatives.
You are also required to develop and conduct research concerning market trends, curriculum issues, product needs, service issues, competitive sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- A university degree and a valid driving license
- Minimum of 8 years sales experience
- Possess excellent organization and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interface effectively with customers and with other departments within the organization
SENIOR EDUCATION REPRESENTATIVE (SER 1018)
You will be responsible for promoting English Language Teaching and K-12 contents (print and digital) and solutions to educators. Your customers’ base will also include libraries and book retailers. You will be involved in planning and executing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets set by the Sales Manager.
Candidates with experience in teaching/training and are familiar with English language and subject content teaching, with good aptitudes are welcome to apply.
TECHNOLOGY SALES SPECIALISTS (TSS 1019)
You will be responsible to develop product expertise in all the on-line and media based products, spend time calling with field reps, targeting ail opportunities to close business leveraging on-line and technology resources, training and assist sales reps to demonstrate features and benefits deliver committee presentations, and class tests of all relevant on- line and technology products You also need to be fully conversant with competitor activity in the on-line teaching and learning resource market
Candidates with high degree of on-line and IT literacy are given priority
Requirements for SER 1018 and TSS 1019:
- A university degree and a valid driving license
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience
