Regional Branch Department

Depot Manager (location; Sumatera)
Achieve branch target as well as manage day-to-day operational branch activities., maintain relationship with existing and potential client develop the network, ensure operational excellence, monitor debtor performance, and handle customer service matters are also part of responsibilities.

Qualification: bachelor degree, minimum 5 years experience in sales/branch management, great leadership, excellent business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skill (English and Bahasa), computer literate.

Operation Department

Risk and Security Manager
Identifying, evaluating and controlling economically the exposure threatening the assets or earnings capability of the company. To limit and if possible to reduce the costs of risks to continuously company. Developing and implementing sound security strategies by developing and reviewing securities policies for the business unit Manage security investigation in relation to good in transit claims and continue to reduce losses and damages to client shipment and other assets.

Qualification: minimum or Degree in any discipline, minimum 5 years of relevant Security / Compliance / Operational experience and 3 years experience in multinational company, good understanding of Country security environment and legislation initiatives, having strong knowledge of electronic security system, deployment management of security guarding services & investigation procedures, great people management and influencing skills, able to interact with peers, subordinate and those with higher authority within and outside organization, willingness and flexibility to travel extensively/globally without restriction, fluent verbal and written English skills.

National Pick Up Delivery Manager
To manage delivery and pickup performance in all branches as well as to upgrade the capacity of our agent / third party delivery. Monitoring all fleets and supplies, to support pick up and delivery performance in national scope.

Qualification:  Bachelor degree with minimum 8 years experience from distribution/forwarding/ logistics industry/ transportation/ export/ import experience, great people management skill, communication skill (English and Bahasa), computer literate.

Warehouse Manager
Manage the warehouse operations functions through implementing the agreed Operations business plan within the agreed budget and through excellent people management practices, resulting in Improved productivity, service, product, financial, people and customer results.

Qualification: bachelor degree with min 3-5 years hands-on experience in similar position preferably in operation roles, good knowledge of warehouse operation processes and related technology, great people management skill, communication skill (English and Bahasa), computer literate.

Industrial Engineering Manager
To ensure that Indonesia Express Operations has proper infrastructure to support the business growth. Monitor the performance regularly and initiates projects to improve performance directly and enhance process consistency and capability. To ensure effective and efficient processes in operations. Lead operation projects in the areas of system integration, productivity improvement and capacity planning.

Qualification: bachelor degree in Engineering preferably in Industrial Engineering, with min 3-5 years hands-on experience in similar position in the logistics and/or express industry. Posses good presentation and analytical ability.

Account Handler Supervisor
Manage the day to day operations of store part project by ensuring that all customers requirements such as service, delivery and report are maintained in full responsiveness.

Qualification: bachelor degree in any discipline, with min 3 years hands-on experience in  similar position in the logistics and/or express industry, good communication and willing to work under shift, communication skill (English and Bahasa).

Storepart Admin and Invoicing Supervisor
Manage the administrative activities such as supervise the documentation completion, invoice and report for every transactions, and assuring all transaction done by storapart are billed to customer.

Qualifications: bachelor degree in business administration with min 3-5 years hands-on experience in similar position in the logistics, enjoy dealing with derail paperwork, communication skill (English and Bahasa), computer literate.

General Affair Executive
To perform the general service function including office management travel arrangement, license compliancy, archiving and maintenance functions to be consistent with corporate and local statutory requirements within which costs are contained, to ensure high level of support to business function.

Finance and Account Department

Sr. Management Accountant – Planning & Reporting

Responsible for timely preparation and submission of weekly and monthly financial statements to local management, regional and head office. It requires ensuring accuracy of the report and liaison with other departments, provide analysis on financial performance, and assist in preparation of forecast, budget and ad hoc reports

Qualifications: bachelor degree in accounting, with 3 years experience in management accounting and financial planning, preferably in courier, transportation or logistics industry. Has strong analytical finance skills (incl. financial modeling and Excel), good knowledge of PSAK, US GAAP and fluent in English. Committed and able to work under tight deadlines.
